Questions
Good to know
What should I send you?
Send the part, front or rear, left or right (as you sit in the driver’s seat), the colour code if you want it matched, and your chassis number. A photo of the old part helps too.
Will the colour match?
Used panels come in whatever colour the donor car was; the photos show it. Many customers have them painted locally. Send your colour code and we will look for a match.
What if a panel arrives damaged?
Check glass, panels and bumpers for cracks and damage when you receive them, before you leave the port. Transit damage on an ocean shipment is a matter for the carrier; we give you every document you need to claim.
How do I pay?
By card on our bank’s secure page (a 5% card fee applies) or by bank transfer with no fee. Our bank details only ever come on your invoice — if anyone sends you other details claiming to be us, check with us first.
